Cancellation Policy

All appointments require a $50 non-refundable booking fee at the time of scheduling. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you cancel or request to reschedule your appointment for any reason, the $50 booking fee is non-refundable. The booking fee compensates for reserved time, preparation, and administrative costs. If you wish to book a new appointment after canceling or rescheduling, a new $50 booking fee will be required. No-Shows Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the $50 booking fee. No-shows must rebook and pay a new booking fee to secure a future appointment. Exceptions No exceptions are made for cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows unless required by law. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
